Suyder, deceased. Notice is hereby eiven that in pursuance of full power of nlienaLlon granted to the underitned by the will of said deceased, there will be sold at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the late resldence of said deeeased.in Webster Township, in the County of Washtenaw, iu said State, ou Kriday, the sixteenth day of April, A. Also elghteeu acres off from the north end of the west half of the northwest quarter of section nuinber thirteen, in towu one south of range flve easl, described as follows: Begiiiniug at the northwest corner of the west half of the northwest quarter aud running thence south on the west line of seetion, eight chains and sevenly-seven links to the northwest corner of land owned by Fred Grayer; theuce east parallel with the north line of section, twenty chains and fifty-one links to the east line of the west half of the nortbwest quarter of suid sectiou, as now found; thence north along said east, line to the northeast corner of said west, huif oí the northwest quarter; thence west along the north line of said section to the place of bezinning, containing eighteen acres of land more or less.
