At a session ot the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw. holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 11 day of February 1d the year one thousand eight liundred and ninty seven. Present, H. Wirt Newklrk, Judge ofprobate. In the matter of the estáte of Eli S. Manly deceased, Charles H.
