Present H. Wirt Newklrk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of James M. Willcoxson deceased. On reading and (tling the petition, duly verified, of Mary J. Maynard, praying that a certain instrument uow oii file in this court, uurportiug to be the last will and testament of f-aid deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that administraron of said estáte may be granted to herself the executor in said will named, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Thursday, the 6th day of May next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees, and heirs-at-law of said deceased. and all other persous iuterested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court.then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor.in said Couuty, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. Aud it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persous interested in satd estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be" published in the Ann Arbor Courier, newspaper printed and circulated in said County, three successive weeks previous to said day of heariug.
