The party was a right happy one, and they were right royally entertained. Frank S. Simons, who has been doing the local work for the Daily Times during the summer's absence of Mr. Pearson in Europe, left for his home in Detroit Saturday. He goes with the ood will of the people of Ann Arbor. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. "Weir and daughter, of Mason, Iowa, are guests for a few days of Mrs. Ws pareats, Mr. and Mrs. Henry T. Purfield, on S. Ingalls st. Mr. Weir has disposed of his interests in Iowa, and is to enter upon the practice of his profession, law, in Detroit.
