Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Hugh Houston Reid, minor. On readlng aud filias the petitiou duly verfled, of Wm. W. Whedon. guardián, praying ttaat he may be licensed to sell certain real estáte belonging to said minor. Tbereupon it Is ordered.thatThursday, the 28th day of Oetober next, at ten o'clock ín the forenoon, be assigoed for the hearing of said petitlon, and that the next of kin of said minor and all other persons interested in sald estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at tüe Probate Office, in the 'city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, If anytherebe why the prayer of the petitioner should not begranted. And it is further ordered, tbat flaid petitioner give notlce to the persons lnterested in sald estáte, of the pendency of said petitiou and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier a newspaper printed and circulated in satd county three suecessive weeks previous to sald day of hearing.
