For boys whose time is einployed during the day, and who desire to secure for themselves a better knowledge of the world, books and things, the Y. M. C. A. offers a remarkable good opportuuity. The course consists of a Class'iu Englisb, taught by Miss Louise Bacorn, aseistant to the chair of Rhetoric in the University, whicli claas meets Friday evenings. Class in Arithmetic, taught by E. C. Duaniug, meets Tuesday evenings. Class in drawipg taught by Prof. II. J. Gouldiug, meets Wednëeday evenings. Besides the above the association bas made arraugeuients for a series of Practical Topics on Practical Subjects by Practical Men. These talks will be given on Monday evenings, will be 25 in nuinber, and the Courier ventures the prediction that more practical knowledge will be gained froni this course tfaan from auy to be given in Ann Arbor this year. The talks will be free to all students in the Y. M. C. A. classes, and to all memberg of the association, as well.
