IN pursuance and by virtue ol a decree of the Circuit Court for the county of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, in chancery, made and entered the 26th day of March. 1897, in a certain cause thereiu pending, wherein Mary Ij. Bailey Is complainant and Nicholas Senger, Elizabeth Senger, Warren Kimble, Irene Kimble, Nathaniel Schmidt, Johanna Schmidt, Williani J. Arnold and Caroline Arnold are defendants. Notice is hereby given that I will sell at public auction at Uie east front door of the court house in the city of Ann Arbor, in the said county, (thatbeing the building in which the circuit court for the said county ia held) on Wednesday, the 26th day of January, 1898. at ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day, the following descrlbed real estáte. All that certain piece or parcel of land sitúate in the village of Manchester in the county of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, and described as follows, to-wit: All that part of block number forty (40) of the original plat of said village of Manchester included within the following boundary: Beginning at a point in the westerly line of Water street six (ö) rods aud nine (9) links southerly from the south line of Jefferson street in said village; thence westerly parallel with the south line of said Jefferson street forty f eet; thence northerly parallel with said Water street twenty-four feet; thence westerly parallel with and about seventy-eight feet distant from said Jefferson street ninety-two feet to land owned by Warren Kimble; thence southerly on easterly line of said Kimble land twenty-four feet; thence westerly parallel wilh the northerly line of said Jefferson street two roda to otber lands owned by said Kimble; thence soutberly on eaRt line of said other lands of said Kimble four rods to the center of an alley or way fourteen feet wide leading across said block number forty (40) eastward to Water street; thence eastward on the center of said alley or wav ten (10) rods to the westeriy line of said Water street; thence northerly on the westerly liue of said Water street four rods to the place of beginning. Together with the rlght of use of said alley or way in common with others entltled thereto, and subject to right of way or easement for the northerly half of said alley along and upon the Boutherly seven feet of said land; also subject to any and whatever easements of way and other purposes that may ueretofore have been acquired by the public and individuals along and upon the westerly portion of the above described lande.
