Nuw York, Fob. 18.- Jamos W. Foshay, late president of the Broadway & Seventti Avenue Kailway Company, died yesturday morning. An indictnu'in is on filo against Mr. Foshay for being a party to the giving ol bribcs to members of the Board of Aldermen of 1884 in oonnection with the passage of the Broadway franchise.
