A Tenement House Burned

Chicago, Feb. 22.- The Criterion flats. No. 360 Kmzie street, were destroyed by flro last Dight, with a loss of about $H5,000. Thirteen families were burned out, and lost their effects. The building was owned by William M. Hoyt, and hia atables were in the basement. No lives lost.
