Milwauke, Wis., April 12.- The Chicago, Milwaukes & St. Paul Railroad Company has settled all the claims for d amagos arlsing out of the Rio disaster for 164,616. It paid ?46,550 on accouat of sixteen Uves lost, f4,750 on account of injuries sustained, and (13,316 on account of property lost.
