The concert given last Thursday evenng, ia UniversiĆy Hall, by the glee club, was a most decided succesR. Ad audience of about six hundred and fifty were asembled when the club marched on the tage, and seldom was an audience more enthusiastic than the one wbicb greeted hem on that occasion. Mauy of the cumbers were quite familiar, but they were sung in sach an artistic manner 'nat they were highly appreciated by the most critical; besides there were several iece8 rendered which were entirely lew to an Ann Arbor audience. Which articular one was received with the most avor would be hard to say. As novel a number as any on the programme, and one which received its full share of apilause, was the ooe sung through a most trangely constructed instrument called he ' Cazoo." The whistlingof Mr. Clark, while not new to some, was received in a manner highly complimentary to that jentleman, each of the numbers being reeatedly encored. Pittmau's sweet and nellow voice was highly appreciated by he audience, and won for him additioaal aurels, his song with the club accompaniment, was one of the pleasing features of he entertainment. The ohair drill was very fine.
