( Atasession of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor. on Wednesday, the twentieth day of April, In the year of one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven. Present, WILLIAM D. HARRIMAN, Judee of Probate. In the matter of the Estáte of Nancy Moore deceased. On readlng and filin the petitlon, duly verified, of Isaac Dunn praylng that a eertain instrument now on file in this court purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that he may be appolnted executor thereof. Thereupon tí is Ordered, That Monday, the ixttenth day of May next, at ten o'clock In the forenoon, be assigind for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legaties and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sesslon of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, In the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause if any there be, why the prayer uf the petitioner should not be Ríante i : And it is further ordered, that said pe ütioner give notico to the persons interested in said estáte, of tbe pendency or said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causlng a copy of this order to be published In the Ann Arbor Rxoister, a newspaper primed and circulated in saki county, three succive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
