1NDUXAP0L.IS, Ind., April 15.- In the case oí the United States against Fanson & Son, oí this city, who imported eleven thoroughbred stallions from Canada into Noble County without paying duty and were arrested for the alleged offense, Judge Woods made a ruling sustaining the exceptions to the inforraation, and holding thatitmade no difference whether stallions were imported for breeding purposes or sale, or whether their owners were foreigners or residents of the United States, the stock was alike exempt from duty.
