Chicago, April 19. - The argumenta in tha matter of the motion to quash the indietments aainst Warden MoJDarrigle, Nic Schneider and Ed McDonald were heard before Judge Tuley yesterday, who held that in four of the sis counts there was no room for argument, and that in the remaining two he would soon render a decisión. Mr. Grinnell thereupon announced that he should proceed to try the cases under the counts f ound good, even were the two in question decided against the State.
