Berlín, April25.-Schnaebels,the French Commissiry alleged to have been arrested on native soil by Germán officers, is charged with inciting a revolt la Matz and oí teinpting Germán recruits to desert. Germany will release him il it is shown that he was arr sted on French territory. The war seare is subsiding.
