D. 1887. six months from that date were allowcd for creditors to present thelr claims aeainst the estáte of Samuel P. Foster. late of said county, deceased, and that all creditlois of said deceased are roquircd to present their claim to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, for exiimination and allowance, on or bofore the 25th day of October next, and that such claims wHI be heard before said Court, on Monday the 25th day of July and on Tuesday the 25th day of Oclober next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of each of said days.
