Sprisgfield, 111., April 22.- The State Senate yesterday conürmedthe Governor's appointments as mombers of the Board of Live Stock Commissioners, as follows: John M. Pearson, of Madison Connty; Edward S. Wilson, of Richland, and Biram McChesney, of Kane.
