Fairchild's Order Approved

Chicago, April 23.- The National Council of Administration of the Grand Army of the Kepublic inscssion herehas adopted resolutions approving of the order of General Fairchild requesting posts not to make an official expression of opinión on the subject of pension legislation by Congress.
