Dun fc Co.'s weekly business review reports an improvement both in erop reports and the financial situation, and says that but íor the labor troubles and excessive speculatiou the outlook would be entirely satisfactory. Money is in good supply at all points, and collections fair and improving. The business failures in the United States and Canada for the seven days numbered 173, against 209 during the corresponding period oí last year.
