A Severe Sentence

Emporia, Kan., June 11.- The motion for a nevv trial in the case ot Yarborough, convicted of murdering L. D. Collier in November last, was Thursday overruled by Judge Graves, who then sentenced the prisoner to one year at hard labor in the penitentiary, after which time he is to be hanged by order ol the Governor.
