Sioux City, Ia., June 14.- A large and enthusiastic railroad meeting was held hera last night, at which it was determined to take immediate steps for calling an election to vote a subsidy of (250,000 each to the Sioux City & Northwestern ana Sioux City, Marshall & Manitoba railroads.
