Five Years' Labor For Hoke

Peoría, IU., June lO.Judge Shum yesterday formally sentenced J. Finley Hoke, the bank forger, to flve years' imprisonment at Johet, and directed the sheriff to deliver up the body of the prisoner to the warden vvithin twenty days. Hoke's counsel are allowed ten days in which to perfect their bill of exceptions.
