New York, June 11.- Rev. E. Walpole Warren, of London, has accepted the cali to the Holy Trinity Church, this city, better known formally as Dr. Stephen Tyng's Cburch. Mr. W arron is a son ol Samuel Warren, authorof "Ten Thousand a Year." He is a "low church" man.
