Lexin-gton, Ky., July 1.- Five hundred citizens of Rowan County met in Moorehead in mass-meeting yesterday afternoon. They signed articles of agreement to protect with 'their lives the lives and property of the citizens of Rowan and Town of Moorehead. Every thing is quiet and no further trouble is expected. The rumored organization of the Tollivera is without foundation.
