Detroit, Mich., July 3.- Tne local Executive CommiUee of the Grand Army of the Tennessee, whose reunioa is to ba held here September 14 and 15, met yesterday and completed arrangement for that occasion. Mrs. General Logan and Generáis Sherman and Sheridan hava written promislng to be present.
