High License In Minnesota

Bt. Paul, Minn., July 2.- The new Highlicense law for Minnesota went into effect yesterday. It provides that the license for selling intoxicating liquors shall be $1,000 in all cities containing a population of 10,000 or more, and Ï500 in all cities the population of which is less than 10,000.
