Memphi3, Tenn., July 4- ïhe condition of growing cotton in this district has been greatly improved by recent rains, and the prospecta are now largely favorable. There will be an average erop of corn in the district, which embraces Western Tennessee, Northern Mississippi, Northern Arkansas and Northern Alabama.
