Losdon, July 25.- Tbere was a grand review of the English navy at Bpithead, Saturday. Four miles of war-ships were in the procession. It was the greatest naval display ever seen in time of peace, and was witnessed by anenormous throng. The Queen, who reviewed the floating pageant, was received with eheers and deafening broadsides. AU classes of boats werè' representó, and therêi was in attendance dignitaries from most of the coun tries of the globe. At night the boats were illuminated, and an electrical display closed the exhibit.
