Dublin, Aug. 9.-Archbishop Walsh, in an interview, takes a hopefui view of tire Irlsh situation. He regarda the new Land act as a measure of great value to tha tenantry, and does not apprehend a rigid enforcementof the Coerción act. Within a year or two he expects to seo an Irish Parliament at Dublin.
