COUNTY OF WASHTENAW. f "' At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the lOth day of August, In the year one Ihousand eight hundred and eightyseven. Present, WILLIAM D. HARRIMAN, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the Estáte of Alvah Keep, deceased. On reading and filing the petltion, duly verifled, of William E. Hamilton, praying that a certaln instrument now on file in this Court purporting to be theilast will and testament of said deeeased, may be admitted to probate, and that he may be appointed executor thereof. Thereupon it is Ordered, That Monday, the 5th day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petitton, and that the devisees, legatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be he holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted : And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency orsaid petition.and the hearing Uiereof, by causing acopy of this order to bepublished in the Ann Arbor Résister, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
