The oarsmen we re Albert Hamm, oí Haliíax; Wallace Ross of St. John; Charle9 E. Conrtney, of Union Springs; VVilliam J. Henley, of Oswego, and George Bubear, the champion of England. The race was for the New York State championship medal and a purse of $803, and was won by Hamtn in 18 :20.
