The Toledo & Ohio Central and Chesapeake & Ohio Railways will run a cheap excursión to White Sulphur Springs, Richmond and Oíd Point Comfort, Va., Thursday, Sept. lst, at $13 for the round trip, from Toledo. Tickets good 30 days. An additional rate oL $2 will be charged to tliose wishing to attend the International Medical Congress, which is to open Sept. 5th.
