Killed His Father

Indiana, Pa., Aug. 22.- William ByersSaturday morning shot and killed hls father, John S. Byers. The Byers Uve flfteen miles north of Indiana. The father wanted the son to plow, and an altercation occurred, resulting in the son, aged nlneteen, drawing a revolver and shootíng the oíd man through the heart. The son claims the shooting was done in selí-def ense. He was arrested and brought here to jail.
