Springfield, HL, Aug. 21.- The Stat Railroad and Warehouse Commissioners have snmmoned the railroad companies to show causa why freight ratea in Illinois should not be reduced to correspond wlth the inter-State schedules. The hearing is set for September 1, when shippers and freight bureaus will aleo be given an opportunity to show cause why a reduction should ba made.
