Albant, N. Y., Aug. 23.- The litieation over the McGraw estáte between the helrs and Cornell University has ended In a vlctory f or the f ormer. The New York 8upreme Court sets aslde the bequest to the university, amounting to $1,121,570, op the ground that under the terms of lts charter it was uot entitled to take or hold the property.
