WlNNTPEO, Man., Aug. 23.- The injunotion against the Red River Valley road has not lnterfered with the progresa of the work. The Bherifl visited Morris to serve the papers, but the contractors had all disappeared. An order from the offlcers to tear down fences newly put up was recelved with derisive langhter by the employés, who stood ready to guard the property of the ir company.
