Called On The Queen

LoothAj, Aug. 23.- Frank Collier, of Chicago, was granted an audience by the Queen yesterday and presented Her Majesty the congratulatory jubilee address of the ciözens of Chicago of British birth or parentage. The Queen graciously received Mr. Collier, and in her turn presented him with an address.
