Salem Ladies Propose To Vote

To the Editor : The ladies of Salem W. C. T. U., proI-ose, as a body, to attend the annual school meeting ia their several school dietricts, and desire thrcugh the columns of your paper to impress the duty of women in this direction, and urge that, as far as possible, al! eligible women of our town attend the fchool meetings for the purpose of voting in the interests of their families and community, and by thus doing take one step in advance in their privileges as mothers and guardians.
