A Valuable Oil Well

On, City, Pa, Aug. 27.- A well on the Martin farm, near here, which was struck June 22 last, has yiekled to date 145,000 barrels of oü, netting the owner a proflt of $98,(500. The well is still flowing at the rate of lifty barrels an hour.
