.New lor.K. Anjr. 20.- Judge Potter, of the New York Suprcme Court, has granted a Btay of procnedings ín the Jake Sharp case. The appeal will be heard at the general term of the Appellate Court in October. An appUcation tor Sharp's admission to bail will be made at once, but will be resisted by the District-Attorney. New Yoek, Aug. 27. - An extra g-eneral term of the Snpreme Court will be held September 7 to consider the Jake Sharp case.
