Washington, Sept. 5.- The folio wing is the weather erop bulletin of the Signal-Service office for the week ended on the 3d: The rain-fall was slighüy in excess from Eastern Texas northward to the Missouri valley, in Florida,, and the upper portion of the Mississippi valley, and in the other sections there was a slight defloienoy. The defleienoy for the neason continued large in the lower Mississippi valley and portions of Illinois and Iowa. g ,
