The Chatsworth Damage Suits

Peoeia, 111., Sept 4. - Service has been secured on the Tolodo, Peoria & Western rallway by the sheriff of this county in the cases thus far liled by the claimants for deaths and injuries resulting trom the Chatsworth wreek. The amount is now $140,000. Ann Kellogg claims $10,000. New suits againet the road were begun Friday by Isaac Chllew and his wife, who each claim $10,000 damages, and by the administrator of Willhelmina Garreteon, damages being laid $5,000.
