General Stevenson has directed that the free-delivery service be established at the following post-offlce8 October 1: Iowa City, Ia : Beatrice, Neb. ; Ottawa, Can. ; Grand Island, Neb. ; also at Tacoma, W. T., on November 1, the Oíd Tacoma post-office to be dtacontinued.
