Ihgaixs, Mich., Sept 20- The Ingalls, White Kapids & Northern railroad, running from this place to the Menominee river, together with 400,000,000 feet of standing pine, has been sold to Alexander Gallinger, James Morrison, James Ninnahan and Peter Grattan, of Oshkosh, Wis. The price is said to be between $125,000 and $200, 000. I
