New York, Sept 20. - Company A, "Governor's Grays," of the Fourth Iowa regiment, which acted as escort to the Governor of Iowa at Philadelphia, was presented last night by General Heron, its old Captain, with the flag which the company carried through the war. The flair was oririnally preaented to the company by the ladies of Dubuque, Ia., in 1859.
