With anything like fair weather next week, the annual fall meeting of the Washtenaw County Agricultural Society vill be mere successful than any previous meeting. At least, everything points in that direction at the present time. The officer8 assure us that never before has there been so much interest manifèsted by exhibitors, so long before the fair, as there s at this time. Entries are being made n large nutnbers, yet there is a tendeney to keep back till the Ust day in the afternoon. Entries close at 5 o'clock in the af teriioon of the first day, but to avoid the usual rush of work it is earnestly desired that all those who can will aake their entries this week. It is expected that a large amount of stock will be brought in the last of the week, which haa been on exhibition at the Ypsilanti and Chelsea fairs. The pro;ramme has been issued and is as foüows : FIRST DAY- TUESDAY, OCT. i. Nominations of animáis and articles for premi" ums and arranging the same in their respective departments. Nominations in all the depart ments close at 5 o'clock p. m. Departmental Superintendents will report themselves to the Secretary at his office on the jrounds, at 10 o'clock a. xn. SECOND DAY- WEDNESDAY, OCT. 5. Department Superintendents and Judges will report themselves at the Secretary's office at 10 o'tlock a. m. and receive the registry books. Examinations for premiums in all the departments will commence at 10 q'clock a. m. 6harp, and continue, under the direction of the Department Superintendents, in the order of the premium list, until finished. Sale of stock from 11! o'clock a. m. to 12 o'clof.k p. m. Special Exhibitlons- 1 o'clock p. m. Speed Trials- 2 o'clock p. m. THIKD DAY- THUBSDAY, OCT. 6. Grand Cavalcade of all horses and cattle nominated for premiums at 10 o'clock a. m. sharp. Special Exhibitlons- 11 o'clock a. m. to V2 o'clock p. m. Speed Trials- three spirited contests. Commence at 2 o'clock p. m. sharp. Bicycle Kace- 10 o'clock. FOURTH DAY- ÏBIDAY, OCT. 7. Sale of Stock at 10 o'clock a. m. to 12 m. Pa; ment of premiums commences at 12 m. Cavalcade of all premium horses and cattle at 1 o'c'ock p. m. sharp. Special Exhibition ]4 o'clock p. m. Speed Trials 2% o'clock p. m.
