N'bw York, Sept 27.- The Ctrarch of the Holy Trinity, in this city, having eng-aged an English clergyman, Eev. E. Walpols Warren, as rector, Mr. Kennedy, president of the St. Andrew'a Society, calis npon the collector of customs to prosecute the church officers for vlolating the law of Congress which prohibite "importation and immigration of íoreigners or aliena under contract or agreement to perf orm labor in the United States. " Mr. Kennedy thinks that as the law is enf orced stringently against all other workmen, it should be applied to those whose laJboi is performed in the pulpit
