Habbisbübq, Pa., Oct. 4.- In a suit brought by the State of Pennsylvania ajrainst & IL Bailey, lately State Treasurer, the Suprema Court has decided that Bailey and his bondgmen are responaible tor about $100,000, the money having been depoaited by the Tteasurer in banks that failed.
