Circuit Court
Circuit court has been in session the past week with Judge Joslyn on the bench. The following cases have been disposed of : The People vs. John Oonnors and Edward Webb, for larceny from the persoD, found guilty, and remanded for sentence. Alice Sherwood vs. Albert H. Sherwood, divorce granted. Wm Wagner vs. C. W. and L. M. Lyon, case continued. John P. Raywak vs. John Dawson, for slander, jury awarded plaintifiF f 100 damages The People vs. John Johnson, eharged with the larceny of $50, plead not guilty, and gave bail lor his appearance at the next term of court. The Sandwich Manufacturing Co. vf. Morris Hogan, non-suited. John Fogarty vs. Francia Stofflet, for damae done by pigs on plaintifFs premises, the jury awarded a verdict of $4.25 in favor of the plaintiff. Mary A. Brown vs Henry W. Brown, decrea granted. Lenn A. Gil'oert vs. A. Geo. Gilbert, doeree granted.
