New ïobk, Oct 22.- Sir Bache Cnnard claims that kis agent, Charles O. Francklyn, whom he has had confined in jail in this city, is in arrenrs in hi accounts to the amount of $3,000,000. Francklyn's counsel assert that the men were jointly interested in business ventures in this conntry, and that Slr Bache is now attempöng to escape his share of the loases incurred. Francklyn is the owner of the cottage at Long Brauch in which President Garfield died.
